1. Introduction

Welcome to Frostix Solutions. These Terms & Conditions explain the general conditions governing the use of our website and the cleaning and snow removal services we provide.

By requesting or purchasing services from Frostix Solutions, you agree to the applicable terms communicated and accepted during the booking or contracting process.

Any separately signed service agreement will govern where its terms differ from these general conditions.

2. Our Services

Frostix Solutions offers services that may include:

  • Medical and healthcare facility cleaning.
  • Commercial and property cleaning.
  • Move-in and move-out cleaning.
  • Residential snow removal.

Services are subject to availability, property conditions, and the agreed scope of work.

Additional services may be offered by separate agreement.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Customers may request a free quote through our website or by contacting Frostix Solutions.

Quotes are based on the information provided, property size, service requirements, frequency, accessibility, and other relevant factors.

An estimate may be revised if actual property conditions or service requirements differ materially from the original information.

Any revised pricing will be communicated for customer approval before additional chargeable work proceeds.

4. Bookings and Scheduling

Appointments are subject to confirmation by Frostix Solutions.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide services at the agreed date and time.

Scheduling may change due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, staff availability, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will communicate significant scheduling changes as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Payment Terms

Payment arrangements depend on the agreement between Frostix Solutions and the customer.

Depending on the service, the agreed arrangement may include payment before service, after service, upon invoicing, or according to a recurring service contract.

Payment amounts, due dates, deposits (if applicable), and accepted payment methods will be communicated before the service agreement is finalized.

Additional services or charges require customer approval where applicable.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers should notify Frostix Solutions as early as reasonably possible when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.

Any applicable cancellation fees, minimum notice periods, or non-refundable deposits must be disclosed and agreed upon during booking or in the service contract.

Frostix Solutions may reschedule or decline work where access is unavailable or conditions present an unreasonable safety risk.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate service and property information.
  • Ensuring authorized access to the property at the agreed time.
  • Identifying known hazards, sensitive surfaces, and special cleaning requirements.
  • Securing valuables, pets, and personal belongings where reasonably necessary.
  • Communicating service concerns promptly.

Customers must have the authority to request services at the property.

8. Cleaning Services

Cleaning work will be performed according to the agreed scope of service.

Some stains, wear, permanent damage, deterioration, or heavily affected surfaces may not be fully restorable through standard cleaning.

Medical and healthcare facility cleaning requirements, including any specialized procedures, must be agreed upon separately and performed only within Frostix Solutions’ training, equipment, and service capabilities.

9. Snow Removal Services

Snow removal services are provided according to the agreed service area, frequency, and service conditions.

Timing may be affected by snowfall intensity, ongoing storms, road conditions, and operational safety.

Snow and ice removal reduces accumulation but does not guarantee that surfaces will remain completely free of snow, ice, or slipping hazards.

Customers remain responsible for monitoring their property and taking reasonable safety precautions, subject to applicable law and the service agreement.

10. Property Damage and Service Concerns

Frostix Solutions takes reasonable care when performing services.

Customers should report suspected service-related damage or concerns promptly and provide relevant details so the matter can be reviewed.

Responsibility for verified damage or loss will be assessed according to the circumstances, applicable law, and any valid service agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
